History:
Owner, Bob Maggio
After being in sales in the trucking industry for over 10 years, owner Bob Maggio decided it was time for change. With a love for the outdoors, gardening and landscaping, he decided to start his own business. In 1988, Maggio Landscaping was founded with two employees. The business took off and now has ten employees serving a large portion of Western New York. The business grew through hard work and dedication to giving customer satisfaction by delivering great service, honesty and ethical business practices. When it comes to the design of gardens and landscaping, Bob is involved with every aspect right from the start of the design process to the installation itself. He is on site at every install, a plus for the customer. Maggio Landscaping started with a customer base of residential homes. Within two years the company was working with property managers and businesses and now the business is 50% residential / 50% commercial. The company outgrew its last location and in 2007 built its own building for the expansion and increase in customers and services. Through this time Bob received his B.S. in business and an M.B.A. to help in building the business and making the right decisions to benefit his customers and employees. Bob realizes the benefits of long term employees. They know what the customer's expectations are and they deliver. Maggio Landscaping, Inc. is proud to be a member of the New York State Nurserymen's Association.
General Manager, Maureen Albee
Maureen Albee has been with the company since its inception. Her responsibilities include overseeing overall operations which include, but not limited to, lawn and garden maintenance crews, along with the design area of the company. She is also involved with customer relations and quality control. Her experience and knowledge of plant material and perennials is vital to the success of our landscaping designs. Working closely with owner Bob Maggio, they design gardens that please every customers needs.
